Furthermore, our flagship press is a Heidelberg CX102-6L lithographic printing press. This 40” press prints up to 6 colors plus a coating at 16,500 sheets per hour.
Additionally, it is equipped with three UV lamps for fast curing of UV inks. By running all UV ink, we can turn jobs quickly without waiting for ink to dry. As a result, we can move projects from press to bindery immediately, getting finished products to clients or into the mail stream swiftly.
Moreover, Phillips bindery complements our presses with state-of-the-art Heidelberg folders, cutters, and stitchers. In addition, we have several digital presses for low-volume and variable printing, as well as high-speed inserting, tabbing, and addressing equipment for mailing. Over 95% of operations are done in-house.
